The Bangladesh Festival Japan plays a significant role in fostering cultural exchange between Japan and Bangladesh. This celebration began with in the year 2023 on May 14-15 for the first time at Sagamihara.
From 2024 this festival takes place annually in September at Sagamihara. It symbolizes the vibrant culture ties between the two nations, celebrating their shared heritage and traditions.
The festival provides a wonderful platform for people to come together, enjoy cultural performances, savor delicious food, and appreciate the rich tapestry of Bangladesh’s heritage.
Past Events
In 2023 May, we organized the first successful events of Bangladesh festival Japan and in same year of 2023 September, was organized the second event.
Approximately 3500+ people’s attended in 2 days of the both event. There are more than 30+ shops which mainly focuses traditional food, dress, ornaments and more.
